Wine and hospitality consultant Marcell Kustos will host this Tasting Table. He recently joined import business David Ridge Wines as managing partner, a career move that followed his doctorate in food, wine and emotional pairing from Adelaide University, serving as inaugural beverage director of the groundbreaking Restaurant Botanic and working as head sommelier and wine buyer for Penfolds Magill Estate.
