As the sun dips behind the vines and a cool autumn breeze drifts through the almond trees, follow the path to Down the Rabbit Hole’s glowing teepee for a ‘grigliata’ – an Italian-style cookout over fire.
Begin with a glass of organic, biodynamic wine and shared antipasti as chefs harvest vegetables straight from the garden. Then, join DTRH’s winemaker to blend your own bottle to share at the table.
Gather around the grill with a glass in hand as local producers tell their stories, before sitting down to a feast of rustic Italian dishes crafted by executive chef Nick Tadija and his team. Open flames crackle, festoon lights twinkle and long communal tables invite you to slow down and savour the moment. Along with live music this is a magical evening made for connection.
