Drawing on his Barossa heritage and love of local produce, Callum will prepare simple, crowd‑pleasing dishes with Mitolo Family Farms potatoes – from fresh potato salad to creamy mash and perfectly roasted spuds – while sharing clever tips, techniques and insights into why not all potatoes are created equal.
