Game, focaccia, seafood, pickles, sausage and more will be in focus across free 45-minute sessions set to inspire your next kitchen triumph – and maybe even make it into high rotation.

Game just got more approachable. We know this style of meat might be out of your culinary comfort zone, and that’s why we have Scenic Hotel head chef Angus Love on hand to share tips and tricks. He’ll be joined by experts from Australian Meats and Dogboy Knives, covering basics such as selecting cuts, cooking styles and go-to recipes to enjoy game at its most delicious. 

Wild fare has long been an inspiration for Love. He started as an apprentice at South Australia’s Prairie Hotel in 2011 and went on to become its head chef, responsible for a menu featuring the feral mixed grill among other outback classics. Since returning to the city last year Love has been based at the Scenic Hotel in Norton Summit, turning out crowd-pleasing dishes with the same signature generosity.
