This fun new series brings South Australian chefs and top local producers into Town Square to share their specialties. Grab a drink or bite to eat, then gather around shaded tables beside the Journey Beyond Lounge and see how it’s done. Game, focaccia, seafood, pickles, sausage and more will be in focus across free 45-minute sessions set to inspire your next kitchen triumph – and maybe even make it into high rotation. 

Callum Hann with Mitolo Family Farms

Join cook, author and passionate food educator Callum Hann for a hands-on session celebrating one of South Australia’s most versatile heroes: the humble potato. Drawing on his Barossa heritage and love of local produce, Callum will prepare simple, crowd pleasing dishes with Mitolo Family Farms potatoes. From fresh potato salad to creamy mash and perfectly roasted spuds,  while sharing clever tips, techniques, and insights into why not all potatoes are created equal.  

This relaxed, practical session is all about building confidence in the kitchen and discovering just how easy it is to get the best from the right potato.
