Winemaking is most certainly a science – but every special bottle proves art is there too. And it’s precisely this alchemy that can be so mysterious. Join two of Australia’s most charismatic wine personalities as they go beyond technical jargon to explain precisely how the magic happens. 

Leading this conversation will be Cassandra Charlick, an award-winning wine journalist, judge, travel and food writer whose coverage appears in titles including Decanter and Halliday Magazine. Explaining wine’s nuances is all in a day’s work for this industry expert, also a noted presenter and emcee at trade and consumer events.  
You'll also hear from Lauren Langfield the owner and winemaker of Lauren Langfield Wines, her eponymous wine brand is fast gaining attention in Australian and abroad.  Awarded Young Gun Winemaker of the Year in 2023, a finalist for South Australian Woman of the Year 2024.
