Henschke is woven through the story of Australian wine. For more than 150 years this family-owned brand has offered remarkable bottles, set apart by its focus on complete integration between vineyard and winery. Gather at the elegant Station Road as head winemaker Gwyn Olsen shares rare treasures and insights into her craft. 

Featured wines will include 2004 and 2021 editions of Henschke Mount Edelstone shiraz, together with 2004 and 2025 vintages of Henschke Julius riesling from the Eden Valley and a further three wines.  

An early interest in science prompted Olsen to study winemaking – a career that has spanned three vintages in France and roles across New Zealand and New South Wales. She joined Henschke as senior winemaker ahead of the 2023 vintage, bringing exceptional winemaking skills and robust knowledge of winery operations. 

Spend a Saturday afternoon immersed in Henschke treasures, their qualities illuminated by one of the most accomplished winemakers at work today.
