An organic Lenswood farm is home to Erskine, who has been at the forefront of Australian natural wine since his first vintage under the Jauma label in 2010. He works with grapes from McLaren Vale, Clarendon and his 40-acre property, also growing 10 cherry varieties and hosting a range of seasonal celebrations including the joyful Jaumafest.
