The Yorke Table Long Lunch

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Yorke Valley, this relaxed yet refined four-course dining experience celebrates the very best of the Yorke Peninsula at Barley Stacks Wines. 

Guests’ culinary journey begins with locally caught seafood, followed by a delicate lobster course enriched with Barley Stacks VP fortified wine. The main event showcases premium Yorke Peninsula lamb and beef, accompanied by local lentils and handcrafted bakery products. To finish, dessert highlights native fruits and seeds, rounding out a bright and authentic taste of place.

Each course is paired with locally produced beverages, from wines and craft beers to spirits and liqueurs, thoughtfully matched to enhance every flavour. The region’s food and beverage producers will introduce each course, sharing the stories, methods and passion behind their creations.
