Surrender and indulge in a multi-course omakase experience that celebrates South Australian produce through a Japanese lens.
Translating to ‘I leave it up to you’, omakase puts diners in the chef’s skilled hands. This evening is set to unfold at Japanese restaurant KOOMO, situated on the 10th floor of the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Guests will be served eight courses of refined Japanese fusion dishes, paired with wines from Barossa Valley's Rusden Wines. There’s no menu – rather, each exquisitely designed dish will only be revealed as it is served, inviting curiosity, conversation and connection throughout the meal.
The chef and the winemaker will be there to share the stories behind the pairings, allowing the evening to flow seamlessly. This is an intimate event that highlights South Australian seasonal produce, Japanese culinary tradition and the harmony between food and wine.
