Beef brisket marinated in adobo (made of chillies, herbs and spices) and braised for up to 12 hours served on crispy cheese tortilla topped with salsa, onion and coriander - served with consommé to dip.

Pork Conchita Pibil Tacos (3) - $25
Pork shoulder and belly marinated in achiote and citrus, slow roasted on banana leaves for 8 hours, served on avocado, topped with salsa verde and pickled onion.

Sweet Potato Tacos - $22
Sweet potato pan seared in butter, served on blue corn tortilla topped with roast capsicum salsa, feta, spring onion and fried shallots.
