Beef Birria — $25

3 x beef birria tacos. Beef braised in Guajillo and Ancho Chillies and spices for 10 hours. Served on crispy tortilla with melted cheese topped with salsa roja, coriander, and onion. (Consommé to dip – extra). Gluten free, dairy free.


Tequila Battered Fish Tacos — $20

2x tequila battered fish tacos. Deep fried fish in a tequila batter, served on a corn tortilla with chipotle mayo, slaw, salsa and pickled onion.


Pork Belly Taco — $20

2x pork belly taco. Pork belly confit in its own fat with citrus, served on corn tortilla with salsa verde topped with tomatillo jam and pickled onion. 


Sweet Potato Taco — $18

2 x sweet potato taco. Roasted sweet potato served on blue corn tortilla, topped with almond and arbol salsa, feta cheese, fried shallots and spring onion.  


Corn Ribs — $18

Deep fried corn ribs. Corn deep fired and tossed in butter topped with chipotle mayo and pecorino cheese. Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian.
