MARTIN MOLTENI X A PRAYER FOR THE WILD AT HEART 

Martín Molteni at A Prayer for the Wild at Heart brings together two international chefs united by their passion for provenance in an extraordinary five-course meal. Martín Molteni, renowned for his Argentinian restaurant Puratierra, will travel from Buenos Aires to collaborate with A Prayer for the Wild at Heart’s head chef, Stephane Brizard.

Although their origins are worlds apart, both chefs share a foundation in classical cooking and a deep commitment to storytelling through cuisine. Together, they will craft a menu that celebrates South Australia’s finest ingredients, offering a truly memorable dining experience.

HENTLEY FARM X LANA RESTAURANT

Enjoy an extraordinary culinary collaboration as Hentley Farm head chef Kyle Johns welcomes Sydney’s Lana Restaurant for the Smoulder & Sea Long Lunch. Lana head chef Alex Wong offers effortless, modern Italian dining with Asian flavours, while Johns draws inspiration from local Barossa producers and the land they nurture.

This multi-course dining experience is set to ignite the senses, combining fire, fresh seafood, and fine wine in perfect harmony. Enjoy it all in the luxurious Hentley Farm restaurant, offering sweeping views over Greenock Creek.

THE HUMBLE ON DUKE X NGERINGA

Adelaide Hills winery Ngeringa welcomes back Noosa’s Humble on Duke for two exciting Tasting Australia events. Returning by popular demand, the sellout Humble x Ngeringa Tasting Adelaide Hills Lunch offers a walking tour of the Ngeringa property, followed by a curated lunch by Humble on Duke chef Stacey Conner. Paired with Ngeringa wines and a special barrel tasting led by winemaker Erin Klein, it’s an experience not to be missed.

For a more relaxed affair, join the Ngeringa x Humble Sunday Session and spend the afternoon indulging in sips and snacks.

Gondola Gondola x Tom Jack brings together a dynamic duo inspired by the possibilities of South East Asian cuisine. The versatile Tom Jack – formerly of Shobosho and now based at Mason in Bali – will return to Adelaide for this special collaboration with Tuoi Tran of Gondola Gondola.

Settle in for a nine-course meal that highlights the best of South East Asian flavors, with Vietnamese and Thai influences taking center stage. Comfort is key, making this a truly memorable culinary experience.

SUNSET FOOD AND WINE X SOUTHERN OCEAN LODGE X ISLANDER ESTATE

Celebrate the ocean’s best with a four-course seafood long lunch crafted by two renowned chefs: Jack Ingram of Sunset Food & Wine and Tom Saliba from Southern Ocean Lodge. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with wines from The Islander Estate Vineyards to shape a harmonious dining experience.
