This one-hour session explores the remarkable diversity of Colombian coffee, one of the world’s most celebrated coffee-growing nations. Participants will experience the professional cupping method used across the coffee industry, tasting five coffees and discovering how origin, processing and varietal all influence flavour in the cup. 
 
Guests will taste the same coffee varietal from Colombia processed in different ways, allowing for a direct comparison of how processing methods such as washed, natural and modern experimental techniques can dramatically shape aroma, acidity, sweetness and body. 
 
The session will also include a brief introduction to modern coffee processing innovations and an overview of new and emerging coffee varieties that are redefining the future of Colombian specialty coffee.
