Join a journey of rich culinary heritage and cultural connection as a collection of Iranian chefs and cookbook authors share the foods of their homeland.

Taste authentic specialities you won’t find elsewhere – dishes that challenge stereotypes of Iranian and Persian food, each with its own story, shared over a communal meal. 

Among the cooks hosting will be Melbourne based author Hamed Allahyari of Hamed’s Persian Kitchen, who will feature recipes from his book. Guests will have the unique opportunity to taste, listen to stories, ask questions and purchase signed copies to recreate the flavours of Iran at home. 

A gateway to Iranian culinary culture, all will enjoy this special one-off menu – a true Iranian feast, rich in origin and celebratory in nature, right in the heart of Adelaide.
