Lunch at Good Neighbour - Andy Ferrara x Fair Seafood

Fresh seafood features in every Hellenic feast. That means it’s front and centre at hot new Adelaide restaurant Omada, where Andy Ferrara brings traditional flavours to the fore in a Greek-inspired menu that’s still decidedly modern. He will be joined by South Australia’s Fair Seafood for this mid-week lunch – the perfect excuse to slip out of office for a seriously tasty bite. 

Theatrical cooking is a specialty for Ferrara, the half-Greek, half-Italian whiz whose restaurant offerings include meze and classic mains. Expect his showman energy to be in effect here, with time to chat through his methods and passion for seasonal fare.
