Discover the flavours, faces and stories of South Australia’s food bowl in this intimate long lunch at the Riverland’s Temperance Restaurant.
Executive chef Anthony Cresp’s use of local produce isn’t a token gesture – instead he demonstrates a deep respect for the land and all it offers, from Waikerie lamb to decadent dates. Together with his kitchen team, Cresp will curate a relaxed, three-course menu inspired by the region’s finest produce, thoughtfully paired with Riverland beverages.
During the afternoon guests will meet the growers and producers behind each plate as they share stories of their craft. Each guest will also take home a gift bag filled with local delicacies and artisan goods – so you can enjoy a taste of the Riverland back home.
