Mitch Orr Kitchen Takeover at Canopy

This Tasting Australia, Mitch Orr is taking over the kitchen at Canopy for two days, promising to bring his bold, produce-driven approach and irreverent style to one of Adelaide’s top wine bars.

Mitch Orr is one of Australia’s most acclaimed chefs, known for his genre-bending cooking at ACME and Kiln, and now leading Sydney’s The Palomar. Orr is offering some of his very best (and some new creations), a match made in heaven for the purposefully designed private dining room at Canopy.

There are two lunch slots per day, 11:30am and 14:30pm. Optional wine pairing at $85pp, available for purchase on the day. Further to this, and so no one misses out on the fun, Orr will remain in the kitchen whipping up some of his famous dishes in snack form.

At $150 per ticket, this guarantees you entry and a place to sit with an arrival spritz while you pick and choose from Orr’s short form menu. One of Australia’s best chefs in a modern wine bar setting, these two offers at Canopy are guaranteed to be popular with the roving west end crowd.
