Join acclaimed chef Edward Noble and the Prairie team as they create an immersive feast cooked over open flames, paired with local wine and beer. It begins at noon, when guests arrive to enjoy refreshing drinks and snacks while chefs master cookery over fire. At 1pm, it’ll be time to gather at a long table outside the Prairie Hotel, with sweeping views of the vast western plains for a shared-style feast featuring Flinders Ranges lamb, Coorong mulloway, Barnda by the Bay oysters, Gumshire pork and native bush flavours – all prepared with heart and authenticity.
