Go behind the scenes with an exclusive fortified tasting inside Lou Miranda Estate’s working barrel hall – a space normally closed to the public. Sample fortified wines aged between 10 and 25 years beside towering 3000 litre oak barrels where they mature, while discovering the craft, history and stories behind the estate’s fortified program.
This immersive, educational tasting goes beyond the standard cellar door experience, providing guests with a rare opportunity to explore the evolution of fortified winemaking in an intimate setting. Each wine is paired with a single house-made sweet or savoury biscuit, thoughtfully crafted to enhance its flavour, sweetness and complexity.
