Each dish tells a story, from the vibrant spices of Mumbai to the creative freshness of Wellington and the warm elegance of Adelaide, combining flavours, textures and aromas into a sensory degustation experience.

The luncheon features expertly paired wines selected to complement each course, enhancing the journey and celebrating South Australian winemaking. This immersive experience offers a rare opportunity to discover Chef Shweta’s personal culinary journey within the refined surrounds of Sofitel Adelaide.
