Each dish tells a story – from the vibrant spices of Mumbai to the creative freshness of Wellington and the warm elegance of Adelaide – combining flavours, textures and aromas into a sensory degustation experience. 

The luncheon features expertly paired wines selected to complement each course, enhancing the journey and celebrating South Australian winemaking. This immersive event offers a rare opportunity to experience chef Shweta’s personal culinary journey in a setting designed to ignite the senses and create lasting memories.
