Max Sharrad
Max Sharrad is a 28-year-old Italian-Australian chef who owns Nido, a pasta bar in Hyde Park, with his wife and business partners.
Max’s experience spans nine years; in that time he has worked in esteemed restaurants such as Restaurant Orana, Noma, L’Enclume, Amass and Shobosho. Despite his roots being in fine dining, Max has a passion for pasta and simple food made with extraordinary ingredients at the peak of their season.
