Max Sharrad
Max Sharrad is an Italian-Australian chef who co-owns Nido, a casual Pasta Bar in Hyde Park and Fugazzi, an upmarket Italo-American restaurant in the heart of the CBD.
Over his career he has worked in esteemed restaurants such as Restaurant Orana, Noma, L’Enclume and Amass. Despite his roots being in fine dining, Max has a passion for pasta and simple food made with extraordinary ingredients at the peak of their season.
