An immersive culinary experience awaits on South Australia’s world-renowned Fleurieu Peninsula.

Join Swiss-born chef and educator Anita Robin of The Foodbuilder for a hands-on session where bread is the rising star. Roll up your sleeves and create your own loaves while exploring grains, yeast and sourdough. Along the way, Anita will share insider tips and tricks to help you bake with confidence at home. 

This four-hour workshop is more than a class. Participants will also share a seasonal, produce-driven lunch, sip regional wine, and take home their very own sourdough starter and recipe booklet to keep the magic going. 

Whether you’re baking bread for the first time or perfecting your technique, this experience promises flavour, connection and inspiration.
