Bryant has shaped South Australia’s food story for decades. His start came in Melbourne, working across Thai and Indian kitchens, before culinary adventures in Asia and then a move to Adelaide. It was here he became protégé to Cheong Liew OAM, progressing to Hilton Adelaide executive chef and continuing to hone his mod-Oz style in celebration of multicultural influences. A star turn on television series The Cook and The Chef alongside Maggie Beer AO introduced him to a new legion of fans.  

Authenticity is at the heart of Bryant’s work – the kind that cuts through hype to deliver polished, delicious meals every time. Here he will explain how cash saved on surplus tech is better spent on seasonal and ethically sourced ingredients, saving you bench space and supporting local producers. Expert prep tips will feature too, each proven to boost freshness, curb waste and keep weekly food budgets in check.
