Adelaide
Good Neighbour - Sarah Glover x Kane Pollard
Fri 8th May 2026 at 7:00 PM
Sometimes it’s the fundamentals that feel most revolutionary. Wood flame on a skillet. A trug of foraged produce. The way abundance is magnified the closer we are to nature. Take your seat in Good Neighbour as Sarah Glover and Kane Pollard work their magic.
Glover’s first culinary escapades were in her native Tasmania, followed by a stint in Sydney at the helm of baking business Bondi Bikkies. Today she works between Australia and the United States, cooking for the likes of Martha Stewart and Gordon Ramsay while championing transcendent sustainable fare and sharing her recipes through award-winning cookbooks. Her favoured kitchen? Outdoors and flame-powered, wherever the road may lead.
Pollard – a Tasting Australia festival curator – grew up in an Adelaide Hills market gardening family and brings a sense of seasonal wonder to his work. For more than a decade he has led Tea Tree Gully favourite Topiary, also offering bespoke menus and experiences through PLACE Dining and serving as Adelaide University’s Waite chef in residence. Sustainability, flavour and the joy of remarkable produce drive this South Australian maestro.
Craving generous, wholesome food crafted by a duo at the top of their game? Say less.
