Workshop - Gyotaku with Ben Devlin

Join Pipit chef Ben Devlin as he introduces gyotaku: an ancient Japanese method of printing with fish that celebrates the connection between food, art and the sea.
Pipit is the only Australian fine diner offering this unique integrated art and dining experience. Now it comes to Town Square.
With a welcome drink in hand, guests will gather in Good Neighbour to watch Devlin introduce gyotaku with an inking and linework demonstration of the practice.
Following the demonstration, chef Ben will create two snacks from the seafood he’ll be featuring, along with an additional drink to match.
