This modern noodle and pasta club mixes traditional techniques with big Asian flavours. It’s fusion fare done differently, with everything from fried baos to udon cabonara on offer.

Whipped ricotta, fried scallion bread, Korean hot honey.

Fried baos – $21

Fried bao bun, pickled green tomato, shaved mortadella.

 

Steamed baos – $22

Steamed bao buns, rice flake and panko crumbed chicken, ginger scallion sauce, cheese.

Porchetta chop – $25

Twice cooked pork belly, aromatics, five spice bbq sauce, salsa verde.
