"Prahok 'Fermented Cambodian Fish Paste' - Pungent, delicious and familiar.
We are paying homage to our heritage and the joyful Cambodian tradition of sharing meals - a ritual that binds family, friends, and culture. Driven by the lack of Cambodian cuisine in Australia, especially in Adelaide our mission is to introduce the city to our bold flavours, authentic recipes, street food favourites, and unique open-fire cooking techniques.
'Prahok', a cultural food project by Sookii La La, is our effort to bring the intricate and deep flavors of Cambodian food to life. We are driven by a passion to introduce these unique, authentic Cambodian flavors and dining experiences to a wider Australian audience."
